MykelMovie – Effective Date: [01/01/2026]
1. Description of Service
MykelMovie is a digital entertainment application offering movies, TV series, live TV, and digital products such as gift cards, license keys, and streaming profiles. All services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the MykelMovie App. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and current information
- All activities under your account are your responsibility
4. Streaming Usage Rules
- No recording, downloading, or redistribution of content
- No sharing of access or login information
- No attempts to bypass security or access limitations
5. Streaming Profiles NO SHARING
Streaming profiles (including Netflix profiles) are protected by email, password, and a 4-digit PIN code.
Any user who shares a profile will be immediately disconnected and may have their account suspended or permanently deleted without notice.
6. Digital Products
- Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Disney+, Hulu gift cards
- Apple Store, Google Play, PlayStation, Xbox gift cards
- Games credits and digital license keys
7. Payments – MonCash Haiti & Woo Wallet
- MonCash (Haiti)
- Woo Wallet
For MonCash payments, users must complete payment and then contact MykelMovie Support to confirm the transaction and recharge their wallet.
All wallet recharges made via MonCash or Woo Wallet are final and strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
8. Refund Policy
- Wallet recharge: No refund once completed
- Gift cards & license keys: No refund once delivered
- Streaming profiles: Refund allowed within 3 days only
After 3 days, or if a profile is shared or abused, refunds are not available.
9. Suspension and Termination
MykelMovie reserves the right to disconnect, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Disclaimer
The MykelMovie service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of content, or compatibility with all devices.
